The Universal Language of Italians: HAND GESTURES part 1

Have you seen the movie Eat, Pray, Love starring Julia Roberts? In her quest to discover the true meaning of what happiness is and how to truly feel alive, the main character in the film traveled the world to find it. One of he places she visited was Italy and talking to the natives, one of them advises her that learning to speak Italian is learning to speak with your hands.

I myself observed this Italian trademark of sign language as we can call it. So I searched the web for images I want to share with you to explain this point.

And one more. I found a really funny video on Youtube about this topic. It’s called  Englishmen going to Italy. Really funny!
